Rob Nichols
CEO Serenitas

Rob has extensive experience in creating lifestyle communities, owning his first village in 2012 on the Central Coast of NSW. Since then he co-founded Serenitas which has become one of Australia’s fastest growing lifestyle village providers. Currently Serenitas owns and operates 15 villages in its portfolio which are located across the country.

The vision Rob has for Affinity Lifestyle Village is to create a community which enables people over 50 to enjoy their retirement to their fullest in a tranquil and relaxing environment.

COO Serenitas

Dean brings over 25 years of property experience to Affinity Lifestyle Village. With a background in architecture, development and operations, Dean has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that enables the project team to deliver to an exceptional standard.

What Dean thinks is so special about Affinity is the tranquil surroundings of the village whilst also being in a convenient location close to local amenities.

A truly boutique community of 134 homes at completion, the resort will boast two facilities. The Diamantina Clubhouse, already in use, will house a selection of amenities and the Jackie Howe Pavilion, due to be completed by the end of 2020, will include a 25 metre heated, magnesium pool and other facilities which we believe our residents will actually use and enjoy!
